What platform do you build on?

Go High Level for funnels, sites, CRM, and automation. We can embed into WordPress if you prefer to keep your blog there.

Who owns my website and data?

You do. Your domain, content, images, contacts, and automations remain yours. We’ll hand over full access at completion.

Do you work with my existing site?

Yes. We can refresh your current site, migrate content, or build new—whatever gets you results fastest.

Are you GST registered?

Not at this time (sole trader). Prices are AUD, no GST.

Process & Timeline FAQ's

How long does a build take?

Typical timelines: Launch (1–2 weeks), Growth (2–3 weeks), Scale (3–5 weeks), depending on content readiness and feedback speed.

What do you need from me to start?

Brand assets (logo, colours), copy or rough dot points, images (or permission to use stock), and access to your domain/email.

How many revisions are included?

Two tidy revision rounds per page/section (copy and design). Extra rounds are welcome at our standard hourly rate.

What’s included in each plan?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, 50% to start, 50% at launch. Alternative schedules available on request.

What if I need extra pages or features?

Easy, add-ons are priced transparently before we start, so there are no surprises.

SEO, Speed & Hosting FAQ's

Do you include SEO?

We implement on-page basics (titles, meta, clean URLs, schema where relevant) and connect GA4 / Search Console. Ongoing SEO is available as a monthly add-on.

Will my site be fast?

Yes, global CDN hosting, image optimisation, and best-practice caching. We design to hit Core Web Vitals quick wins.

Do you host the site?

Hosting is included within your GHL subscription. Your domain points to it with SSL auto-enabled.

Forms, Calendars & Automations FAQ's

Can I take bookings and payments?

Yes, multi-staff calendars, buffers, reminders, and payment links/order forms. We wire confirmations and reminders via email/SMS.

Will you set up automation?

We’ll map key workflows (lead capture → nurture → booking/purchase) with tags, segments, and triggers based on your plan tier.

Can I use my current email address?

Absolutely. We’ll connect your domain email (e.g., Google Workspace) and configure sender domains for best deliverability.

CRM, Messaging & Integrations FAQ's

Is a CRM included?

Yes, contacts, deals/pipelines, tasks, notes, and activity timeline. Everything lives in one place.

Do you support SMS/WhatsApp?

SMS/MMS is built-in (usage costs apply). WhatsApp is available via the official Business API (add-on). We’ll advise the best setup.

What about phone calls and call tracking?

We can provision call tracking numbers, route calls, record, and attribute to campaigns.

Can you integrate other tools?

Yes, native integrations plus Zapier/Make and webhooks. We’ll map safe, minimal-maintenance connections.

Content, Media & E-Commerce FAQ's

Do you write the copy?

We can polish your draft or create copy from your notes. Full copywriting is available as an add-on.

Do you supply images?

Each plan includes a stock image allowance (10/20/30). We optimise and license appropriately.

Do you support online stores?

GHL excels at services, bookings, and info products. For full catalogues, we integrate Shopify/Woo and keep funnels in GHL for conversions.

Training, Support & Maintenance FAQ's

Do you train my team?

Yes, live handover (30/45/60 minutes by plan) plus short Looms for key tasks. Extra training available anytime.

What support do I get post-launch?

Included email support window (14/30/60 days by plan). Ongoing care plans are available for updates and optimisation.

What if I leave later?

No lock-in with us. We help export content and guide any necessary migrations.

"Free Check" & Eligibility FAQ's

What happens on the free website health check?

A focused 30-minute Zoom covering speed, SEO basics, mobile UX, forms/conversions, and tracking. You’ll get a 1-page action list.

Do I need to qualify for the free check?

We prioritise businesses with an existing site and clear goals. If you’re brand-new, we’ll share a quick setup checklist or suggest a paid deep-dive.

What if I’m not using Go High Level yet?

No problem. We’ll audit your current setup and outline the simplest path, stay where you are, or migrate for better results.
